Overview

Assist various departments with mortgage related administrative support tasks as well as serving as the primary back-up for the receptionist to answer incoming calls, greeting visitors and clients, and performing administrative duties and other work as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally greet visitors and clients and provide prompt phone call transfers
  • Build and maintain good business relationships with team members across the organization
  • Participating in administrative duties such as deliveries, copying, and ad-hoc projects
  • Order mortgage loan services, including but not limited to, appraisal, flood certs, title payoffs, verbal verification of employment and homeowners insurance
  • Order social security verifications
  • Prepare files for quality control audits
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Proven professionalism, ethics and character
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, results-oriented and a team player
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment
  • Work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Mortgage experience a plus
