We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Support Coordinator to help streamline our marketing efforts and support our team across a wide range of initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats and is passionate about marketing operations, social media, events and creative support.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

General Marketing Support

  • Serve as Tier 1 support for incoming marketing requests
  • Direct team members using internal Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs)
  • Assist with onboarding and setup for new Loan Officers (LOs) 

Social Media Coordination

  • Support social media compliance and automation setup for LOs
  • Schedule content using Sendible and Surefire
  • Manage testimonial and closing photo scheduling 

Project & Campaign Execution

  • Assist with “Commission Possible” campaign deliverables, managed by Business Development Team Lead
  • Manage swag orders, card writing and Avery label projects
  • Provide event planning and execution support 

Event Support

  • Represent the brand at LO events and community initiatives
  • Support internal and external events in C&F Gives Back, our charitable arm 

Graphic Design Overflow

  • Provide graphic design support under direction of lead designer
  • Assist with overflow tasks and templated creative needs

Additional Marketing Tasks

  • Upload monthly reviews to the website
  • Handle business card and name tag orders
  • Fulfill swag requests and maintain inventory

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or comparable degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or operations
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn 

Preferred Skills:

  • Mortgage or real estate industry experience
  • Advanced graphic design experience
  • Event planning experience
