Overview

Provide IT technical support in the processes and workflows in the use of Encompass and nCino to end-users to various branches and assist as needed.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

 

  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on schedule and fully documented to defined standards.
  • Ability to quickly become knowledgeable on business processes and system workflows.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects while continuing to provide help desk support to end-users.
  • Utilize technology, including but not limited to; Encompass and nCino, to improve efficiency and the borrower experience.
  • Maintain a positive and effective work environment.
  • Perform all other duties and projects assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Preferences

 

  • Certifications in IT
  • Mortgage lending environment experience preferred (3-5 years of relevant experience of configuration and management of Encompass LOS and nCino)
  • Working knowledge and understanding of hardware and software technologies.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and a team player.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
