Responsible for assisting Branch Manager, Bill Hamrick, in our Charlottesville location. Serves as the point of contact and handles inquiries from customers, builders, and realtors during the application process - and pro-actively keeps them informed of progress.
Handles marketing support to increase production volume by preparing and distributing marketing materials and communications. Tracks mortgage loans and answers customer questions regarding status of files. May support the Branch Manager by attending luncheons, dinners, award ceremonies and special functions. Performs administrative and/or clerical duties as needed.
Excellent communication skills and computer skills are necessary
Must be motivated with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
NMLS Required (we can assist selected candidate if not already registered)
Training provided with the opportunity to transition to a Loan Officer
Mortgage Lending or bank operations experience needed
Previous origination experience is desirable
