    As a Processing Assistant, you will be supporting one of our TOP PRODUCERS.

    Responsibilities will involve performing a variety of tasks including (but not limited to):

    • Verifying loan documentation and having an eye for detail to be able to resolve problems regarding documentation issues.
    • Taking imitative to assist in researching and resolving discrepancies as well as other administrative tasks.
    • Contacting potential clients and business leads.
    • Track and coordinate marketing efforts.
    • Driven to provide the BEST customer service possible.
    • Administrative related tasks as assigned, such as filing, sorting, faxing and uploading documents.



    • 1 to 2 years of experience working with mortgage loan documents, Encompass a plus.
    • Must be computer savvy, and be able to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
    • MS Office and the ability to learn other mortgage related software.
    • Must have the ability to pay attention to details, multi-task, assist in all administrative functions, and work closely with Loan Officers, Underwriters and Processors.
